Gym Ball Cactus

The Gym Ball Cactus is a sun-loving succulent native to southern Brazil, this highly decorative plant is distinguished by its heavily branched habit and neat appearance. Its stems grow up to 10cm tall and wide and leaves are olive green to bronze in colour. White to pale pink flowers are produced almost continuously all year.

This plant needs a lot of space for its roots, and does best in light shade. It can tolerate bright spots but if provided too much direct sunlight in the hotter months, it can suffer from sun scorching or stunted growth. Minimal watering needs in summer and likes to be kept almost dry over winter.
