Mexican Palm

A semi-sprawling shrubby stonecrop native to Mexico, this Echeveria has well-branched, leafy stems forming neat rosettes of long blue-green leaves covered in silky hairs and red tinges at leaf margins.

An adaptable evergreen favoured as a large container plant or as an accent plant due to its pretty velvety looking leaves and dark-orange flowers that are relatively large for an Echeveria. Growing to a height and width of around half a metre, this plant likes sun or shade, as long as it is in well-drained soil and is watered occasionally.
