Pinwheel Lindleyi

This attractive vertical-growing shrub reaches up to 25 cm tall, forming small bushes with many branches of tall stems holding little, dense, lime-green to dark green succulent leaves. Leaves have a velvety texture, being covered with fine hairs that are sticky to the touch—these are used medicinally to treat skin irritations. Flowers are small, yellow and star-shaped.

These plants do not like particularly hot or dry temperatures. However, they do need bright sunlight, well-draining soil and regular minimal watering with soil drying out between waterings. Growing them in moist shade will achieve best results. Native to the Canary Islands.
