Ruby Necklace

“Ruby Necklace” is a gorgeous trailing succulent from the daisy family, reaching only 10cm high, with a spreading habit. Fast-growing, it features long, bean-like, intense purple leaves on bright ruby-red coloured stems. In less sunlight, the plant will be greener and thicker. It will also bloom with cute little yellow daisy-like flowers all year round.

These plants are wonderful in a hanging basket or indoors as a standalone potplant, but also work well in display plantings and rock gardens. A tough customer, it does however like a bit more water than most succulents. Provide plenty of light and indirect sun, and grow in shallow, flat pots so that the plant can have space to develop its radicular system. Garden origin.
